Associate Broker
Skyler is a real estate professional who lives it. He has several years of experience working in the real estate market, including commercial property management, commercial leasing, commercial development, residential property management, and residential sales. As a former walk-on for the NMSU Aggies Football Team and later a scholarship player, he learned that hard work always pays off. What is a Bodander?
Bodander is a rocking horse. (In the photo, Bodander is pictured with its original owner.)
We named our company after this rocking horse because it reminded us of all the things we love about real estate: it’s tangible, it’s fun, it’s family.
At Bodander, our clients are like family. We work with only a few clients at a time so that we can give them our full attention. We talk with them to understand their needs and to anticipate the needs they can’t express — or don’t even know about yet.
We can’t do everything for our clients. We refer them to other experts when needed. But we can help our clients think about their real estate transactions in the context of their overall plans. And we can help them complete their tasks on time.
Diligent, respectful, focused, trustworthy. It’s how we prefer to work.
